The SightCare Awards 2019: Practice Team of the Year
The SightCare awards recognise the very best independent opticians from all across the UK by presenting the Practice Team of the Year award. This award commends teams whose togetherness and work ethic has resulted in a positive impact on practice performance.
This year, we are very proud to announce that one of our branches, Eyesite Reading, has been nominated amongst the UK’s leading practice teams to win this prestigious award.
Helen Hallett, who has managed our Reading branch for over 15 years and is now our Head of Operations and Marketing, said: “The team are like one big family. We’ve always said that if we have a team that works well together, then the practice will be successful as a result.
Looking after our customers and achieving high levels of customer delight and clinical excellence for us, but this can only be achieved through great teamwork.
It is a true reflection of the team that, as a practice, we grow not by investing thousands in external marketing, but by the recommendation of our loyal patients.
As an independent practice, we can provide a much higher standard of customer care, where it’s not a conveyer belt experience, rather a thorough and dedicated eye care service.”
The winner of the Practice Team of the Year award will be announced at the SightCare conference on September 16th 2019.
